Wanted to ask something which is probably elementry. My coolant temp seems fine, it hasn't ever risen dramtically on the guage, but I do understand Mazda's gauges aren't "real guages". However, if I am correct, a dramtic increase in oil temp should also cause the coolant temp to rise in relation to it? Thinking of getting a nice oil temp guage but don't know if I should, as if there ever is a problem and the oil temp goes up, the coolant should also go up, giving me a warning?
