Oil regulator problem with T618Z BNR

Hi,

I have a Greddy turbo kit, with a BNR cutom kit in my Rx8.

When I mounted my turbo kit, I install the Mazmart Regulator Kit...

I look from my PLX Oil pressure gauge 7-8 BAR of pressure...

I have a big problem with my turbo.... I found a oil in in intercooler and all the circuit of turbo...and when i drive my car I feel a smell of oil...

Is possible the problem of my turbo is a strong pressure of oil ??

Please can you help me?

P.s.:sorry for my English...

Non dovrebbe essere il regolatore il problema. Pm se vuoi.

Most turbos only want about 30psi. Where are you running the oil feed line from?

The oil feed start to oil sensor at driver side, and go to turbo with a normal oil feed of greddy turbo kit.
Why this question?

(or I have not understand the question)

I was just wondering, some (me) run it from an adapter plate at the oil filter. I am not sure what the difference in pressure is at either location.

Are you running the Greddy drain pipe from the bottom of the turbo? Did you tap into the stock oil pan to return the oil from the turbo? have you had this kit installed for a long while or is this a new install?

The BNR that you have is the greddy turbo which is the same turbo as in that thread so stick with that .

It should be a -4AN line, but could be a -3 AN. The restrictor comes in different sizes on the line side, but it is a 1/8 NPT and will screw inline with the "T" fitting greddy supplies. I am running this 0.65 restrictor from ATP.

But I think is better put in a turbo assy core...or not? and I dont know the measure for male to male...ok the line is 1/8...but i don't found 1/8 restrictor male to male...only 3-4 AN to 0,125...or 0,15 or 0,1 ....
