oil problem!

oil problem!
So when i was changing my oil the other day i noticed when i pulled
the dip stick out that there was a whole bunch of white gunk on it and i know for a fact that i don't have any water in my oil so what's the problem?

when a rotary turns 12 or 13 years old they start to find things different about them. especialy on cold nights while snuggled in their garrage ... hahaha

well its only an 04.. and i have absoulutly no idea whats
going on.

It runs perfect but it just kinda bothers me
