Oil level on dipstick

Tried doing a search and tons of matches came up but wasn't able to find this specifically. I just want to make sure at what level the oil should be on the dipstick, I looked at mine today and it is 1.5" - 2" between LOW and FULL. The manual says keep it between the 2 lines, does this mean half way? 3/4? Can someone give me some clarity, sorry if this is basic but better to be safe then sorry.

Thanks in advance.

Just like any other car -- the 2 marks define the allowable range. You don't want it to fall below "low" or be over "full". Technically, anywhere in-between is ok but of course it makes more sense to keep it nearer the "full" mark so you have more of a margin.

The range between low and full on this dipstick is about 1.5 quarts. When I check the oil, if it seems more than half a quart from full I'll add enough oil to bring it back to full again.
