Obd2 torque app and o2 sensor question

Anyone use the obd torque app? Im having trouble diagnosing my cat and o2 sensors. I get no signal on the torque app from bank 1 sensor 1 o2 volts at all. This makes no sense to me as car is running great, good mileage. So first question is is this just a rotary glitch of some sort and nothing reads out for bank 1 sensor 1, or is it possible my Upstream oxygen sensor is completely dead and the car is actually running fine?
i get a definite signal on the downstream o2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 2, but it is low voltage lean, and I have a corresponding dtc code p2270. Also have p2096 target air fuel too lean.
So no readout at all on Upstream oxygen sensor, and the Downstream sensor is always running lean at about 1 volts, but car running fine , with those codes above, so if anybody has any thoughts I really appreciate. Thanks

The upstream wideband sensor measures amperage not voltage. It's a wideband. If it was dead you would have no AFR reading.

The front sensor is actually an AFR sensor, which is a bit different from an O2 sensor. IIRC it won't give you voltage readings, but you should be able to read the lambda readings.

The car can run with the AFR sensor gone. It just runs slightly more inefficiently as it runs on an open loop. The car just runs on a pre-determined table without any feedback.
