Sensors Accuracy And Torque App

So I've been playing around a bit with the Torque app lately. I currently am using the basic vacuum gauge PID that it comes with to see what it's doing. One thing I noticed is that it said I got into positive pressure at higher rpm. Like 2-3 PSI. I was kind of surprised, but I know that Mazda designed the intake system to have a bit of a ram effect from the pressure waves of closing ports...

Obviously, I take all the numbers I get on there with a bit of a grain of salt, but I'm wondering how accurate they are? For instance air temps, MAF CFM etc.
