new goodies and a question.....

so over the weekend i got a few new things..... got a new oem clutch (wanted to go with exedy but short on money) racing beat flywheel, and obx header!
its a nice difference i cant wait till the clutch is broken in. which brings me to my question... how is it, that i break in my clutch? the guy just said no burnouts for 100 miles. what do u guys think? also i was under the impression that my clutch pedal would feel stiff again. but it actually feels waaay softer than before

it could feel softer if they didn't properly adjust the clutch piston.

Does the disengaugement point feel at the same place as it did before?

Is there any free play in the pedal?

Clutch disengagement stroke (Reference value)
A: 111.8 mm {4.402 in}

Free play
At pedal pad :
0.5-2.9 mm {0.020-0.110 in}

Easiest way to measure is to get a book and a ruler. put the book against the pedal, then with the book marking the home position push the pedal until the clutch disengages and measure the pedal distance from there to the book.

new clutches will feel softer, especially if your old clutch was really worn out.
