I agree . Looks like too much wrong with the expensive parts of this engine to warrant rebuilding it .

E shaft - no good
Housings - no good , the area where the split seal runs looks unserviceable
Irons - best not to skim irons as the hardening is very shallow so if there are any ledges that you can feel - throw them out
Rotors- probably ok
