Need some advice!!!

I need some advice on my 05 RX-8. Currently my car is in the toliet right now, but I've been blowing big $$$ to fully restore her. Right now I'm going put brand new spark plugs (maybe coils too), drive belts, tranny flush, and a Fuel flush. Here are Three Main Big Ones:

I'm always hearing chirping sounds coming under the rear, but it hard to pin point it. It sounds like its coming from the exhaust, but I'm not sure cuz it sounds like its coming from the middle of the car. Maybe its the cat.?

I also hear a chrip and a knock on the driver side wheel (as if I ran over something) EVERY time I make a slow left turn.

Side Note: When I turn on the car there's always this squeaking/chriping noise coming from the engine, but It must be the belts (they have not been changing since I bought the car).

Ok now here is the biggest problem, my car shakes (the dashboard, steering wheel, glove compartment, pretty much everything rattles every time I stop or put it in reverse. Its really annoying. The mechanic say's it must be the engine mounts cuz I had my engine replaced three times.

Any help?

1) I sometimes get a chirp sound when I start my 05 RX8 ... I've been told its knock

2) Suspension related, likely ball joint or end link ...

3) Engine mounts for sure
