Ive got an 04 AT that needs a new steering wheel. SRS air bag is fine though. I've already found the steering wheel replacement DIY thread, but have some questions:

1) Just to make sure, I will be able to just replace the wheel and re-use my current air bag, yes?

2) Are there any model years' steering wheel that won't work on the 04? I'm guessing 04-08 would work, but not sure.

3) Does the replacement need to be from an AT model? Can I reuse my paddle shifters if I get a wheel from an MT model? Reason is there is a wheel on ebay for $60, but it's from a MT 05.

Check the part numbers for the steering wheel.
They look different - probably connectors - don't know.

If you're good with electrical stuff, you might be able to make it work though.
