need help stripped bolts!!!

so i was attempting to put my new obx midpipe in today with my gf and i tried a little too hard to get two of the nuts off (the ones on the front of the cat facing towards the engine) and stripped them completely round. so me being the genuis that i am broke out the sawz all and cut of the bolts on both sides. so now im stuck with one completely stripped bolt and one stubb of a bolt (w.o out the heads of the bolt) and im in a big jam. so what im getting at is can someone help me get these sons of a BEESH's out!?!? any help is appreciated guys thanks!

Either file the sides of the bolt head to accept a socket and retry or just cut and punch them out.
Personally, I cut mine off.

I just did this with mine they were all pretty much rusted in and would not turn at all, took it to a muffler shop today and paid 35 dollars to get them all cut off and replaced with new bolts. Well worth it.
Anyway if you already have the nuts off you need to try and hit the bolts through towards the rear of the car, they are grooved so that they wont spin and I assume wont push through if you try to hit towards the front. If I were you though let someone else deal with it. Mine were too big of a PITA.

That would be because the bolts at the front of the midpipe/cat don't come out of the assembly. The nuts are what you have to remove.
I would recommend picking up a stripped bolt/nut removal tool from sears, saved my butt a few times.

If you're desperate just drill them out. Not a big issue, just buy new ones and you're done.

those bolts are very easy to strip. but as Dirt Nasty says get a remover is your best bet.

I just went through the same thing yesterday. I used a sawz all to cut the head and stud side flush, and heated them up with an acetylene torch and was able to punch one out, the other two i had to drill out. It takes a lot of time and patience to do it yourself. I'd take it to a shop and pay the 20 or 30 bucks if I was you.
