Need Feedback
I have taken the vaccum line off the intake going to oil system. I put a filter breather on the oil system, and capped off the vaccum line going to the intake. I have had very very good results from this. Rough idle is gone. Power is back. Very responsive. Does not have power loss in hot conditions. AC does not affect power that bad. I did the TB bypass mod too. But this helped as much as the midpipe helped.
I think that the polution from the oil system is lowering the octane level at TB. Go down to AutoZone and buy a breather with 5/8 fitting for 9 dollars. I need to some feedback on this. It is worth the time. The CatchCan will not keep the fumes from going to the intake, this will. The condinsation will escape the breather. There is no need for the CatchCan.

what exactly is the reason for that vaccum hose that connects the oil to the intake?
i was thinking... what if i installed the catch can that didn't exit back into the intake... it could have a filter breathing to the atmosphere & the intake can simply be capped... wouldn't that solve all the problems? or maybe instead of using the breather & capping... how about using an inline filter back to the intake from the catch can???
