Hello everyone,

Ok, so I had to leave my 04 8 at a friend's garage for about 3 months, cause I went out the country. And now when I tried to ship it, the car won't start. My friend tried to boost the battery, but it didn't work. What other possibilites are there?

Could be:

Dead battery
dead starter
flooded
bad coils
bad plugs
no fuel
bad fuel pump
pinched fuel line
blown fuse
or a hundred other things

Ask you friend for some more info on exactly what it's doing to narrow it down

If the battery is truly dead, jumping it with the bad battery in there may not work.
Need to get that battery completely out of the loop.

take the battery to be tested to see if that's the issue. If not, at least it rules something out.

1st, turn the key and see if it is cranking. If no respond, thank god, battery is gone and worst to worst just need to buy a new one. If it is cranking, then plenty of things that can be the root cause.
