Missing in second gear only

Missing in second gear only

Hey ,can you please help me.
2005 Renesis, 4 speed manual,no turbo.
Every time in second gear only,at about 3000 rpm ,I have what can only be described as a missing in the motor.
It only happens in second gear and in no other.Any ideas gratefully accepted
