Midepipe cel problem, fixed!

Many thanks to a fellow member of this board for a simple and cheap fix!
No more cel lights due to an installed midpipe.
Fix was easy: small adapter fits between the 02 sensor and you are good to go.
(The Casper electronic fix did not work)

Thanks “gtaw”

Here is the tread where I found it:

160 now,
Before the adapter, cel came on at about 24 miles.
Happened 3 times...
(Disconnected the battery for about 2 ours each time to reset light)
Tried the Casper electronic unit and cel came on in 5 miles.
Remove Casper unit and installed adapter, seems to be "cured" now...
The guy I got it from ships fast, ask him and you should be golden next week

This is how it looks like under the car...
(Not my picture)

I had a 02 Subaru Impreza, that I put an exhaust on. Got a CEL probably for the same reason.

I got one of these adapters, and it worked for about 50 miles.

So good luck, I hope it works for you.
