I looked and must have missed the answer (i'm sure it's posted somewhere)...

If you install the MS bar are you no longer able to have the engine cover on?

You can fit the OEM cover over the MS bar with creative use of a sharp blade. There is an aftermarket carbon fiber cover that will fit over the MS Ft tower bar. I forget where I got from.
