Looking for advise on ignition kit

Have an 07 RX8 w/43,000k. Thought about new plugs. Then read all the comments about the coils. Is the BHR ignition kit @ $500 a good buy? I'm 71 and don't plan on doing this again soon. Their price on plugs are a little high-$120,but I can find NKG's elsewhere. Also I've read all the DIY on doing this work(I'm a half assed car bender & all my joints don't bend like they should. I have a neighbor(w/RX7 & WRX) who can do about anything to a car. If I can get his help is this a good way to go(new plugs & BHR kit)?
Thanks for any comment.

The BHR kit is a good buy as the coils last much longer than Mazda or aftermarket replacements. The factory style should be replaced along with plugs and wires about every 30k miles. It is fairly easy to install and I believe there are a few people around here that can do it in about 15 minutes.

You should not have to pay more than $20 each for plugs. They are available all over and you can often find factory style replacement coils for $30 or less for each.

Some good reading for any more info would be:

Good luck to you!

I'm guessing you added a colored bracket as well. I checked and the price went up to $580.
