So is it an initial torque of 289 foot pounds, with a final torque of 361 foot pounds?
I don’t get the torque values they are giving me, everything so far has two numbers with a big gap between the two numbers, the only thing I can think of is an initial torque to seat the part, then a final correct torque... Thanks in advance Mazda brothers

That is the torque range. Shoot for nominal torque of 325 ft lbs. As long as your torque wrench is good for +/- 10%, you will be within spec.

Read this, should give you some idea about the 2 torque values. Reuse of Fasteners
