they will work fine plus they have like a 2yr warranty on coils and 1yr warranty on plugs if im not mistaken
or u could go to o'reilly auto parts...their coils have a lifetime warranty
either one will work fine and there are plenty of step-by-step DIYs if u want to change them yourself and save some $$$

Dont they sell the duralast brand? I figured that would be a worse choice than the oem coils.. I guess if they have a warranty then it doesn't matter if they die early.

To save even more money buy it online through their website and use their 15/20% coupon. You can still pick it up at a local store.

Welcome,

You might not need the wires, I haven an 04 and did the plugs and coils, kept the OEM wires. Group here is right, not a bad job. There are several DIYs. Plugs through the wheel well is best approach. Hardest part for me was the coils, I got my son to do it because his hands are smaller than mine.

Some light reading in my signature. You are obviously not a new owner, but the background collection and suggestions for the first $100 have a lot of data.

You'll get alot of a attention here lol...most of these guys are suckers for girls
here's what i find funny...no offense at all but, if a guy had posted this question they would have been flammed and told to search for an answer with no help
but a girl asks the same question and they are spoon fed the answer and treated like royalty...its the rx8club way haha
funny how nature works huh?

@slvrstreak

Not true, at least not all the way true, until you said something, I did not know. I have avatars turned off at work, less explaining to do.
