Instructions

I bought a used MS CAI and don't have instructions. I know this has been asked before but no one ever posted the instructions. So could someone PM me AEM or MS instructions? I have most of it done, I just want to make sure everything is good. Thanks.

The CAI is as simple as it looks.

Tell me what u did so far. some pictures would be nice, then I will be able to tell if you install everything correctly.

Here is the MS intake installation:
Cold_Air_Intake Install.pdf

I have the AEM instructions too (which I like better), but its 11MB.
I thought I posted an optimized version that was a smaller file size.
I'll see if I can find it.

Can't find the optimized version of the AEM intake installing manual.
I like it better because its more user friendly with lots of pics.
I can send it to you through email if you like.
Just give me your address.

Thanks alot guys...I had all of the lines hooked up as if the stock intake was still there.
I read a thread on the Vfad, and seen that I didn't need all of the lines, so I took them
out and put a nipple near the TB. The only thing that stumps me is the green plug. If you take away all of the lines that go to and from it, then why do you need to plug it back in?

The MS CAI installation instructions have you jack up the front end and remove the front wheels just to in turn gain access to the wells for bumper removal? That's just silly!

You do not need to plug the solenoid back in.
Just zip-tie the green harness off to the side.

Yes... that is silly.
The AEM also mentions that too.
No reason to remove the front wheels.
