With all due respect, are you the kind of people who brakes really hard in front of others and sue them if they rear-end you? You split half the money with the doctor and lawyer, right?
Go get a job if you are so eager for money. or a lotto ticket.

WOW WOW WOW. EXCUSE ME? WE DID NOT BEAT ON THE TRANSMISSION. IT is a known problem that SYNCROS blow out. And We just wanted our tranny replaced but the Mazda dealer and MAzda isnt coopertaing with us. WE never treated the transmission badly since we know how to use one. I dont know wehat makes yoiu think we treated the transmission badly but it is a safety hazard when there is a risk that 4th gear 5th gfear and 6th gear grind and could lock up if the SYNCROs shatter. AND yes ive done my research on this. Also the car rarely goes into reverse. So We are suieing Mazda unfairly.AND we arent sueing mazda because the airbags come out...I AM JUST WONDERING and trying to gather information, Apparently a young kid asking questions is a big problem and youjust gotta bag on him.

sorry to hear about the accident... it's always important to drive safely.

that being said, are you injured beyond normal crash fatigue, like whiplash etc? even if the airbags deployed, you would still have whiplash. so, if you have no injuries beyond normal crash fatigue, you have no damages to claim really. also, if you did have injuries, it sounds like you'll have to prove that the car's safety features were defective and that is what caused your injuries. but, in this case it seems like the accident was the cause of your injuries- not the airbags failing to deploy... are u following the logic?

cause & effect...

sorry to hear about your car and hope you get it replaced. drive carefully.

Well, its march, likely the roads were cold, there was gravel out, maybe it was even wet or snowing. I'm not really surprised that you lost control at >55mph.

We are gonna have the car checked out, but as i said, according to what the mechanic saw with his naked eye, he said the air bags whould have deployed.

So you really dont have any excuse for you lack of driving skill. Why am I not suprised.

I hear that nissan has a nice car out. Why dont you wander over there for your next car? More power...Bet you can maybe hit 65mph next time you buy the farm.

You are so funny. If youve read how i hit that turn the same way several times before on the same day, it shouldve hit that turn fine. I admit i am not the greatest driver in the world but from my observation and driving experience on that road(which i know you have none of) it should have handled it. SO why dont you just stop posting on here if you going to talk S**t.

what does being a minor help your cause and why do you keep bringing it up? are we supposed to feel sorry for you b/c you're a minor and don't know how to drive? this thread ranks right up there with some of the absolutely dumbest i have ever seen.

So, how are "Agressive driving" and this crash going to help your current lawsuit on the synchros - you say you don't drive agressively.

I see a pattern here. Are you going to withhold information on this crash from your lawyer?

Because, my lad, you've just posted on a public forum......

The synbcros grinding dont have to do with aggressive driving in the transmission since the original transmission in the 04 models have a weaker fork and syncros put in causing them to crack. It doesnt have to be driven aggressively. Also how does driving aggressively(when not shifting) affect the tranny? Can you answer that? because i was in the same gear the whole time buddy.

I can't believe what I'm reading. Did you take an IMPACT IN THE DOORS? NO! So the side impact air bag will not deploy. You scraped the rocker. There is no air bag set up for when you scrap the rocker panel.
There is no air bag set up for when you break a rim!
Do the words "Side Impact" mean anything to you?
This is a "Side Impact" Not the bouncing along the curb off road deviation you had.

Your not suing anyone for your poor driving skills. Wake up!

I DID read how you have no consistency in your driving ability. What of it?

i didnt bounce off the curb, i went freaking airborne. Also the A-pillar got bent where an AIRBAG IS LOCATED along with frame. And i have seen cars airbags go off when the front left fender gets bent. SO basically what you guys are saying is i have to damn well near dead for the airbags deploy?
and for all the people bagging on me, i just wanted a simple yes or no answer, and can i get that? NO
