How many times should you break and re torque the suspension bolts?

Kinda funny question I know, but since I have installed the mazdaspeed suspension, and in the case of two wheels had to remove the shock/spring and adjust it, then reinstall it, I notice some of the gold bolts are looking a little rounded.

Now, I am being careful, I use torque wrenches to torque to proper settings, and I am careful when I break the bolts, try not to use extendors etc....

I just want to make sure I don't end up stripping one down the road. I've already ordered two new bolts for the rear, just to have if I have to go in again, but what are your experiences? I find the gold hex nuts to be a little weak also.

whats the rule, remove and retorque no more than 4-5 times? How about the threaded inserts in the suspension pieces? I imagaine they are not subjected to the same level of stress.

ouch, that's severe man. if there's one thing i hate, it's weak *** fasteners.

i dunno if there's really a rule, 'cause it's only the head that's taking the beating: if the screw still seems healthy than beat on that stupid peice of crap all you want as long as you can get it on and off without too much trouble.

if you're really having too much trouble, make sure you're using 6 points instead of 12 points (which i really don't like to use for anything other'n square bolts).
