How to flash ECU to M-Spec?

What exactly does this mean? I've heard that if you modify the stock ECU that you can gain instant horsepower already since our ECU's were programmed to pass California emissions (so I heard from the dealership)...anyway, anybody know what I'm talking about? Thanks!

You'll inevitably get the "DO A SEARCH!! " replies, but it's even simpler - the very first sticky thread (at the top of this forum section) is all about the M Flash. Please go read that, and if you have any unanswered questions, then fire away!

Regards,
Gordon

you might also want to visit the vendors section and check out the "canzoomer" part and read up on his piggy back computer.
