How Do You Change The Springs On A 06 Rx-8 6 Speed??

I Just Got The Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs For My 2006 Mazda RX-8 6 Speed And I Was Wondering How Do You Change Them, Does Anyone Have Any Advice They Can Give??? Is It Hard Or Should I Pay A Shop To Do It?? Please Let Me Know ASAP!!!!

Check out the workshop link. It will give you a detail description on how to do the install. However if you are in a hurry I recommend you have a shop do it for you.

if you're afraid of this task or can't spare a day to do this, have a shop do it. it'd be in the $100-200 range w/o an alignment though.
