HIDs "bounce" over harsh bumps. Is this normal?

HIDs "bounce" over harsh bumps. Is this normal?
Ok, I have noticed that my HIDs "bounce" over harsh bumps. Is this normal?
This is my first vehicle with HIDs, and I know they "self level" each time you start the car, so they obviously move. But the bounce reminds me of old worn out lights. :-/
