It was a PITA to install, as most aftermarket kits probably would be (had to modify the bulb "seats" that come with the kit to make them work with the bulbs that come with the kit = stupid). It's been installed for about 3 months and so far so good... I ordered 4k but the bulbs I got look more like 6-7k..

The easiest way is to do what I did: buy the entire HID housings from eBay. You'll have to splice the wiring, but other than that its a simple swap. You also need to make sure you aim them properly because you won't be able to use the auto-leveler.
