HID Bulb replacement Questions

I want to switch out to 6000k HID's but had a few questions,

Phillips I hear is the best but I can't find anywhere to buy the bulbs can some one put me in the wrong direction?

on rotaryfx they have some 6000k replacements but I have no idea what brand they are does any one have experience with these?

Thanks!

brand really doesn't matter. and you probably won't find brand names like phillips because HID replacements have bulbs that fit halogen sockets. The 8's stock size is H9. While the stock Xenon size is not.
