Hesitation at ~4200rpm
Car just started doing this today. When accelerating, there is a slight hesitation around 4200rpm. Car was 100% warmed up.
I also noticed that it turned over a few extra times the last couple times I started it. I didn't think anything of it, but might be related?
I have ~55000 miles, new coils put in around 33k. The plugs are still the original ones. Think I should start with new plugs?

Looks like someone spent a little too much time on the "GOODbox" and not paying attention to the car. (J/K)
Well.........Look at it this way, it's a free bump for the GOODbox! (Do a search people)
Yeah, I'd start with the plugs as well, then we will see if it leads to other areas.

Great to hear.....Mazda says about every 35K for plugs. On my first Rotary in '71 plugs lasted 4K and had to be readjusted or replaced. Rotary engines are firing every time a face goes past unlike a boinger.
