Help with radiator install
Help with radiator install
Ok so the plastic broke for the hose to the overflow reservoir on the stock radiator so i got a full aluminum koyo radiator. Got the old one out and the stock fan shroud doesn't seal against the radiator. Any recommendations on how and what to use to make the seal?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try searching Koyo radiator. Been discussed here repeatedly. This should always be the first thing you do before posting a new thread. It's also a good practice to search and learn about other experiences bdfore buying a specific product if possible.

Wait, you took out the fans to install the rad?
Either way, It looks like the gap is meant to be there. At speed, that gap will definitely give you significantly better airflow through the radiator, but I can't say what it will do when you're standing still.

hmm, what is the problem really ?
core is bigger, and the gap as you called it, it's facing the engine, which means the air coming from the front will have slightly less resistance so it's easier for it to travel thru the rad.
if you don't like that gap for whatever reason, u can always just seal it with some foam ...
