Help me pick my next upgrade

Best bang for bucks upgrade, car is a weekend HPDE car


Currently
Stock Sway w/ JIC, 09 tranny, and mid pipe, 255 on 9.5 - next is 285



What I want
Lightweight single exhaust
Lightweight battery
2 piece rotor
RB Flash (but would the rev 2 be able to pass CA smog)

I have the Corksport dual exhaust. It is almost half the weight of the OEM. 2 piece rotor, I haven't heard of one for the Renesis. LW battery, are they reliable?

2 piece rotor are brakes, LW battery is for Socal weather indoor parked car.
