Hey guys, I bought my 8 w/o the app package, and i just bought the side areo flares and have some questions. For those who put it on yourself, did you find any problems with drilling the hole by the rear wheel? I find it really diffcult to do it. I start out with a 3 mm and then 6 mm, but i just cant create that hole. Any secrets? Push harder? Also did you use the templates to measure directly where the hole is to be drilled, or found a :circle: mark and used that as point of place to drill?
And how many of you drill the 4 holes on the side for extra reinforcement? I know chrism just used adhesive b/c he made a good point, that if you ever go with the ms kit, the holes will be visible.
Ive allready done the front and rear areos flares(thanks to irish8) just need to get the sides on. If anyone has any additional info please let me know, im trying to save 200.00 that the dealership is charging to have it install.. Thanks!!
