help broken stud from replacing flat tire -what is the part called that I need ?

I got a flat tire not so long ago and decided to put on my spare tire on. I took off the lug nut and one lug cracked the screwy peice and took it with it ... so now I have what looks like 4X114.3 bolting on the rear left rim .....

Anyone know what the part is called that I broke off ? I'm guessing its called a hub or wheel adapter?. Circled is the part I broke off. ...

Don't listen to her. She gives bad advice and then tries to charge you for it.

At the moment...I have nothing to speak of regarding that advice because there is no new information to report.

pound it out and cut it off. to put a new one back in you need to pull the axle and replace the bearing/seal there.

or... cut a tab out of the new stud so it can clear the axle and put it back in.
