when i start the car, it takes a few second for it to start, and cel came on...

 

And? What was the code for the CEL , a little more info may be useful . Do you have an Autozone store near you, if so ,take it there and have the code read. If you just want to take your car to a workshop , thats cool , check out the local forum for your area.
