heavy smoke

ok guus, i really need your help on this one. my 8 is smoking heavly lately, ok let me start I took my 8 to the service to check the problem that i was having at the time(which was when i drive and come to a complet stop and the RPM drop the car starts to vibrate really hard and cut off.) so i took it to get checked out and they say it was my plugs that was the problem, i was like ok maybe it as( cause i did had my plugs changed b4). now went to get the car i started it and a bunch of white smoke start to come out from the pipes....like really heavy smoke like the car was on fire, after a while it went away. Now when i changed gears (AT) from p to R there is a vibration from R to N it goes away, form N to D its back. i check my oil and i do need a oil change, but i added 2 qurts last nite, started it up the smoke is back( this is at home) let it run n it went away...so today i started it again and the smoke is back again heavy. wat to do and wat can be the problem.
HELP ASAP.

If you own the Series II, please DELETE THIS Thread and Post new thread in the Correct Forum for Series 1...you will get a faster response.

you added 2 quarts of oil? whats the level before you added it?

white smoke means coolant, also could be excessive fuel burning inside the CAT.
can you pull your MAF out see if theres oil inside your air intake tube? could be excessive oil gets burnt.

Turn your computer screen off. Draw a very large 'X' across the front of it with a piece of chalk. Bang your head against it.

Once you are all done with that, follow this link: https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-trouble-shooting-95/
