Care to be a little more descriptive? Jeez!

Start with year of car?
Auto or manual?
How many miles?
What gear you in when this happens?
Cruising or WOT?
What's heating up, or why do you think you are heating up?

I can actually. I just need to be able to touch their forehead to do a vulcan mind meld. But he is closer to you so I'm not acting rashly and just driving down.

Okay.............let's be more descriptive again.
You say it's heating up..............how are you measuring this?
I'll assume you are looking at the dummy temp gauge on your dash. If so, where does it normally sit for you and how much is it increasing?

The reason I'm asking is this is pretty much a dummy gauge. It has one of three positions......nothing, a few clicks below the middle(normal operating when warm), and full over to "H" which means pull over immediately!

Now, if you are really heating up that much, then you need to of course check your coolant level, make sure your fans are coming on when they are supposed to do so, etc.

Yeah, but need more info.......he/she certainly is being very descriptive, it's like pulling teeth!

Hasn't mentioned any power loss, bogging, or anything like that.
