Problem I have is my heater does not work. The cold side works fine, as in, turn it all the way left it is really cold. Or turn it near the middle it is less cold. The heat side does not work at all. If anyone could help me out I would be grateful.

Read those, and search around there are alot of threads like this already. It is most likely your hvac control unit. I am having a similar problem but all mine does is blow hot air, no AC at all. Dealership should cover it if you are under warranty still.
