Hi everyone. I'm not sure if this has been addressed yet, if so, it'd be great to be given a link. My passanger side headlamp housing clear plastic lens is cracked in a few places. Don't know how, the drivers side is fine. I want to remove it and replace it. Has anyone done it and if so, I'd appreciate any suggestions or tricks to make it as easy as possible. Thanks.

 

Search for RX-8 front bumper removal on youtube or on this site, once you take the bumper off the front headlight removal is self explanatory.

Yeah, but the bumper is actually a lot eaiser than you think it would be to take off.

There is a video someone made that goes through this whole operation of removing the headlamp(and includes taking the bum,per off), I'll see if I can find it. I've now done it so many times, I think I can do it in my sleep.
