does any one know what type of head light bulbs the rx 8 has high/low???

Regular halogens for the highbeams, a projector lowbeam that's available in halogen or xenon with the right package.

what i meant is does any one know the model number like 9004 etc. to the bulbs for highs and lows??????

Not yet, but if I had to guess it will probably follow what all their cars do.... 9006 for the low, 9005 for the highs.
