Grinding in reverse ... should I bring it in ?
Damn , I dunno whats up , my car started grinding in reverse sometimes , is it my driving or the car ? , let me explain it , usually in a parking lot, reversing out it grinds , it's weird .... like I put it in reverse and it bounces back out allitle and then it grinds ..... then I put it back in reverse cause I always get scared somethings gonna break from the noise and then go for reverse again and it works .... then when I am backed up and ready to go , going into first gear is REALLY HARD , I have to release the clutch in neutral and then press the clutch again and it finally is ok to go into first ... anyone know whats up with the car ? Pretty weird , I sometimes get a stiff stick from second to third gear too. This has been since I bought the car new. Also if I goto the dealer , should I take out my intake ?

No, but you have to practice pushing DOWN on the shift then pulling it all the way towards you till it goes into reverse.
What you're describing sounds like you're going half way into 6th or reverse and grinding.
I've done it a few times.
Going into first isn't easy if your car is already moving.

watch your rpms when going into reverse. a little blip on the throttle as you are shifting can cause the rpms to rise enough to make it hard to get in to reverse. make sure you are at a dead stop AND idle rpm.

I think it hurts nothing to take it in and have it looked at, but it is a different story if something does go wrong and you do nothing. Take it in get her checked out and move on. If it turns out to be nothing then at least you will know for sure.
