Guys-I am new to RX 8 and could not find specific answer for this in search. Is it normal for the shift **** to have vibration when idling? Once you increase RPM when moving off it seems to disappear.

Probably normal but what do I know?

its normal for it to vibrate in general. All manual cars are like that I believe. Hope this helps

 

Yep, its normal. All rotaries idle with a little vibration - which is what you see in the gearshift. Don't worry about it, and enjoy!

Now, if you want to see a gearshift shake during idle, have a seat in my MG!!!
