here is a list of my problems i think i know what they are but ill just post this and see what people come up with......

When hitting the beep in first and second gear the gear seems to be jammed in and wont go into neutral until the revs fall a bit. At high revs 5th gear has extreme difficulty selecting everytime. and finally occassionally the third gear will grind when selected at low revs despite the clutch being full engaged.

Ive had a new clutch and flywheel installed about 8 weeks ago.

Ive been told that it could be a problem with synchro meshing?

When moving off in first gear at ill need to have the revx up to about 4000rpm (sometimes) while finding biting point and moving off, the whole car shakes like crazy as if its about to stall but the clutch is only half engaged and the revs are very very high. Then other times i can move off with 2000rpm. At idle when the rpm fall to 600rpm the car shakes. Im guessing engine mounts.
