Is fuel cut at 10K instead of 9.5k

Is fuel cut at 10K instead of 9.5k

From the best motoring video it doesn't sound the Renesis cuts out at 9.5k which is where I thought the fuel cut came in. Could it be that the fuel cut is actually at 10k.

My understanding for the past couple months has been that the fuel cut is at 10k. Maybe I've missed something.
