This might be a dumb question, but can I use this kit to replace the stock bulbs on my 04 rx-8?

I read in another thread that they are the best match for the xenon, but that particular thread was for the series 2

stock HID bulbs are 4350K - I matched up my parking lights and H9 high beams....

Fog lights (H11) work best if they are 3000K
If you do HID fogs then get the digital ballast.
The listing you linked has no ballast
