Angry Flooding problem

I know there are threads on this site about the 8's engine flooding but my question is, since my car is in the shop after a semi side swiped it ........and this is the 3rd time that the BODY SHOP has flooded my engine, and all i get are either cleaned or replaced spark plugs and a new starter, shouldn't they now do something else about it since for some reason its an on going problem with my car?

The problem is with the bodyshop not the car. Go there and yell at them not to shut down a cold engine. Then the day you get the car back put in new plugs.
