Finally Pick the Car Up...Now Back to the Shop
Hey, finally 22 days after I bought my car I picked it up. It has to go back to the shop within the next week again however.
The Mazda mechanics who installed my new engine didn't put the steering wheel on straight, it is a bit crocked to the right so that has to be fixed.
As well, when I got over about 5000RPM (which I only did once cause of the new engine and all) my check engine light started flashing. I have a new CAT, and a new engine. The code thrown according to my dealership is a misfire. My car however has no hesitation at all when acceleating and idle/drives fine. Do you think a wire is maybe bad or not hooked up right?

ur dealership suck. how can they mess up ur steering wheel like that and let the car go in the first place ?
now I assume they have never replaced ur coils. maybe a good time to get it under the powertrain warranty too (assume u have it since u got a new engine)

Yeah, I am guessing coils too which is ironic considering my post earlier about getting coils. I guess they did use the old cols with the new engine
