Check Mazda part number to make sure.

Lightweight Dual Muffler Style . . . .GRMS-8M-K06
Single Muffler OE Style . . . . . . . . .QSEA-40-100

Retail prices are $675 and $750, respectively.

Yes, the single muffler version costs more because it has more metal.

Whichever one they quoted you, it's a great deal, get it before they change their minds.

Ask how much they charge for labor while you are at it... shouldn't be more than an hour.
