Smile Engine Rebuilders

Hi guys i posted a thread on my RX8 having lost compression, i am taking this up with Mazda at the moment but if that fails and i end having to sort it myself does anybody know who is the best person (And who is cheap) to go to for the rebuild? I have an 04 RX8 and i am in the SCarborough area (North Yorkshire)

there are several throughout the country but I live close to Mazmart--1-800-221-5156 so I know them the best. I highly recommend them . I am running one of their engines.
Call Paul and told them i sent you and you will get a discount og $1.00.---hey it all counts!i

I initially thought you were in Canada , as they also have a Scarborough. I have shipped engines as far as Pakistan so far but I'm sure there are some fine UK builders. It would be good if whoever you use has built several renesis engines as there are a few minor important differences to consider.

Paul.

$2700 plus $900 core and shipping. It might actually be feasible with the present weak dollar.

You may also want to consider local shops like re worx, hurley, rotaryart and wankeltrim (in sweden) if you don't want to spend insane money on shipping and core return fees.
Mazmart or blackhaloracing are two of the names that i prefer in america though.
Feel free to pm me if you need some more infos regarding our region
