Engine Rattle at High RPM?

Engine Rattle at High RPM?
Ok, just another question... My engine seems to make a strange rattle, or metal to metal noise at about 7500 to 8k RPM. Anyone else get this? Is it normal?

It's spark knock. Mazda does not have a fix yet. The M flash was supposed to, but didn't. I had my plugs replaced otday, that didn't help either. I guess we'll wait it out and see.

What does this sound like? I hear sounds on my car when I rev up to redline, but I am not sure whether they are normal or not. I also feel vibrations that are not present at lower gears. Sometimes it feels like it's coming from the Exhaust or the rear. Can anyone describe this "rattle" and how to spot it?

you asked this same question in your other thread but you didn't say what rpm. if you here a rattling sound at 7500 rpm it is the S-DAIS operating NORMALLY. please read the link provided. this is not an issue or problem but the normal function of the intake.

Yes, I read it. Thanks Zoom. I had looked a few places. I guess that is something that is kind of hard to search for. Thanks again. That is probably what I am hearing.
