Emissions Test

Hello guys, I have a quick question. I just recently installed the AP underdrive pulley, ACT clutch and flywheel and now the check engine light is on. I've tried the memory resets by holding the trip meter and turning the ignition to on and tried the brake test reset already. The check engine light is still there.

I need to get my emissions test for my sticker tomorrow and was wondering if I'll fail because i have the check engine light. Thanks in advance.

you won't pass with a CEL

you need to clear the computer, if you don't have a scanner then take the negative battery cable loose for at least one hour. If that doesn't clear it you'll need acess to a scanner to check out what the problem is. Once the computer is reset and the CEL doesn't come back there are a bunch of self tests the ECU has to perform before the car will pass an emissions check. Typically takes at least 50 miles for this to occur, if you go in and the self tests are still outstanding they'll make you come back another day.

BTW, the mods you made require clearing the computer memory or they typically known to cause a CEL if you don't, so that's likely the problem, though no guarantee
