I noticed a few days ago that when I go to unlock my car with the remote the turn signal lights no longer flash. I have been keeping an eye on it and they have not come on again since. The lights do actually work with the turn signal or the hazard. The car also still honks if I press the button twice, still unlocks and locks as it should, the only difference is that the lights don't flash.

Perhaps is there a switch somewhere that I may have bumped?

Its not that big of a deal, but I want things to keep working as they were designed.

Also just today I tried the Sirius radio which I haven't used for about a week. The system seems to think I have not activated the account. Seems strange that this would happen at the same time as the lights issue. I'm wondering if the system could have got reset somehow?

open and reclose your trunk. if that doesnt work then do the hood.

 

this post shows up every few months

99% of the time the trunk on the 'broken' car is open

if it isn't that then have it checked out
